Financial and Insurance Information

Delivering high quality care at a more affordable cost than other programs is the basis of our service at Nova Counseling Services. This is our mission as a non-profit organization.

Our reasonable rates allow many clients to self-pay upon admission via cash, check or credit card. The cost of a 28-day residential stay is $4,900 when paid in this manner. (Note that a 42-day stay is sometimes required depending upon the drugs involved and the condition of the client at the time of admission).

Insurance benefits are paid to Nova by most group health plans. We also provide for a variety of managed care entities. Clients and families are advised to check with their insurance providers to see what coverage is available. We can help check out insurance issues and questions.

We are aware that other websites may say that there is a sliding scale fee arrangement for services at Nova. This is not true and we are working to get that information corrected. Thank you!
