NOVA has the full continuum of care for treatment of chemical dependency. We offer a medically monitored residential program, that level of care may be followed by transitional living (halfway house) for an additional 90 days. We also offer a full compliment of outpatient services including aftercare.
Typically, clients who have relapsed in outpatient treatment come to Nova, our 28 day residential program. It's important to know that 68 percent of our patients are clean and/or sober six months after leaving NOVA.
NOVA staff and programs have been grounded in the belief that the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous are the surest way to help people recover. We believe that education about the illness and caring feedback are the cornerstones for change. The 12 Step process leads to a new perspective of self and surroundings.
A multidisciplinary staff under medical direction leads our team. A clinical psychologist is available for clients with special needs. While most staff are Master?s level counselors, all of our staff are certified drug and alcohol counselors.
The facility has 50 residential beds and serves approximately equal numbers of men and women.
Insurance benefits are paid to Nova by any commercial group health plan written in the State of Wisconsin. We also provide for a variety of managed care entities. Depending on financial need can qualify you for 28 days of treatment for as little as $135 per day.
